We accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If you receive a faulty or defective product:
Notification: Contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Resolution: Upon return and inspection, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch may incur a £5 cancellation fee.
After Dispatch: Orders canceled after dispatch may incur a £15 cancellation fee plus any applicable delivery charges.
Opened or Damaged Items: We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the order value for items that have been opened or damaged.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
