UK Telecom Distribution – Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product:

  • Notification: Contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Resolution: Upon return and inspection, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch may incur a £5 cancellation fee.

  • After Dispatch: Orders canceled after dispatch may incur a £15 cancellation fee plus any applicable delivery charges.

  • Opened or Damaged Items: We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the order value for items that have been opened or damaged.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
